Kobo Abe Editorial Review
The "Kangaroo Book" has received varied feedback from readers, illustrating a spectrum of experiences that range from admiration to discontent. Many reviewers highlight the book as a captivating journey into a unique and imaginative world, with one praising the author's ability to craft an intricate narrative. This suggests that for readers who appreciate whimsical storytelling and rich narrative structures, the book may be a rewarding read. Conversely, the book has also drawn criticism, particularly from individuals who may have found the themes and character portrayals unsettling. One review explicitly discourages potential readers from engaging with the work, indicating that the story delves into dark or controversial subject matter. Such feedback signifies that while some readers find value in the book's creativity, others may grapple with its perspective and content. Overall, "Kangaroo Book" seems to be a divisive piece that may resonate deeply with those who enjoy exploring unconventional tales but could be off-putting for those who prefer more traditional or uplifting narratives. **
