Sifely Screen Door Hardware DS2 Editorial Review
The Sifely Door Sensor has garnered mixed reactions from customers, highlighting both its strengths and weaknesses. Users appreciate the ease of installation and its seamless integration with other Sifely products, making it a convenient option for those already within the Sifely ecosystem. However, several customers have pointed out significant shortcomings, particularly regarding the responsiveness of notifications. Many have reported delays, with notifications taking anywhere from 30 seconds to two minutes, leading to concerns about its reliability, especially in situations where immediate alerts are crucial, such as when leaving for an extended time. Additionally, the limitation of one sensor per door lock has frustrated customers who wish to install multiple sensors for complete coverage. This requires the purchase of additional locks for those wanting a more comprehensive security setup. There are also issues regarding the sensor’s attachment, which some users have noted does not stick well, and the app functionalities appear to be lacking, providing further limitations to the overall effectiveness of the sensor. In sum, while the Sifely Door Sensor shows promise with a user-friendly setup and good compatibility within its range, its performance lags in critical areas like notification speed and sensor reliability, making it a less ideal investment for those seeking dependable door security. **
