Hellwig Sway Bars Editorial Review
The Hellwig 7640 Front Sway Bar is a stiff and sturdy product that's great for reducing body roll on the street. A customer with a 2002 4WD E-350 confirms that it fits a F-350 from 1999-2004 with the same axle. Customers note the need for long end links when using it with a 10" lift, and mention that instructions come with the sway bar. Pros include easy installation, noticeable improvement in reducing roll, and great control when carrying heavy loads. Cons include that the bushings are difficult to replace, it doesn't fit certain models, and the instructions have poor picture quality.-
