EQUUS Housing Pods Editorial Review

The Equus 9823 2 Triple Gauge Mounting Panel in Chrome has received a mix of feedback from customers who appreciate its functionality but voice some concerns regarding its Construction. Users have noted that the mounting panel serves its purpose effectively, particularly for Equus brand gauges, fitting them perfectly and ensuring ease of installation. The simplistic design meets users' needs without unnecessary complexity, and many have found the price to be quite reasonable for the quality offered. However, the mounting panel's thin metal Construction has drawn some criticism. Several customers pointed out the sharp edges, likening them to "razor blades," which could pose a safety hazard during handling. Additionally, the panel's thin metal may not hold up well if used with gauges from other brands, as one reviewer experienced distortion when using a Stewart Warner gauge. This indicates that while the Equus 9823 is ideal for its intended purpose, users should be cautious if they plan to mix gauges. Overall, the Equus 9823 2 Triple Gauge Mounting Panel delivers solid performance for those specifically using Equus gauges, with a focus on simplicity and affordability, yet it necessitates careful handling due to its sharp edges and thinner Construction. **
