Trail-Gear Pitman Arms Editorial Review
The Trail-Gear Highsteer Kit is a solid and sturdy kit that is perfect for those looking to upgrade their stock push-pull steering. It fits various Toyota models, including the 1985 Toyota base model 4x4 pickup but is not compatible with other models such as the 85 Fj60 Landcruiser. Installation is relatively easy for those who can use their brains. It comes with a Standard Pitman Arm and requires an IFS steering box to work. Some reviewers have expressed their disappointment in the kit's value due to the absence of grease fittings to service the tie rod ends.
