These non-lubricated, material-flexing couplings are split in half for easy installation and maintenance.
With excellent vibration damping capabilities, this coupling helps to extend the life of your connected equipment. It offers high-misalignment capacity and easy replace-in-place design, accommodating a wide range of shaft gaps. Available in both metric and imperial sizes, as well as various spacing options including close-coupled, spacer, half-spacer, and extended spacer, the Rexnord Omega and Viva elastomeric tire hub couplings can be customized to fit your specific needs.
These elastomeric tire hub couplings also come with additional features such as anti-corrosive coated steel shoes, stainless steel hardware/hubs, spline bore hubs, keyless/internal locking device hubs, and positive drive with interlocking hubs. The Rexnord Omega and Viva elastomeric tire hub coupling elements are available in three options: the general-purpose Standard Orange, the High Density Yellow (HDY), and the Hydrolytically Stable Urethane (HSU) Green.
