The DHP Junior Loft Bed Frame is a great option for a child's bedroom. With its sturdy metal frame, it can handle daily use and offers space underneath for a study area, play area or storage. The ladder on the side of the bed offers easy access to the sleeping area, although it does stick out approximately 13 1/2 inches from the bed. The bed measures 42 inches wide, with a total width of 54 inches including the ladder. It has a height of three feet from the bottom bar to the floor. It is suggested that the bed can hold up to 225 lbs., making it suitable for children, rather than adults.
